- The offline awards applied can only be collected on the designated day of distribution as published by wacindiaawards.com.
- If in any case, the candidate is not present on the award show, an authorized representative can receive the same on behalf of the candidate. In such a case, the same has to be informed 7 days prior to the ceremony.
- In case the award is not received on the distribution day, the same will be sent through a courier to the registered address for a nominal charge.
